TIPS FOR HEALTHY COOKING
1) Use an airfryer.
So instead of using a cup of oil for deep frying you’ll only need a spoon of oil.
2) Use a cooking spray.
So instead of using a spoon of oil, you’ll end up using even lesser in spray form. That’s as minimum oil usage as you can get if you still need that crunchy meal.
3) Use a healthy oil.
Pick the healthier choice. Olive or coconut oil spray.
So pop your chicken or potatoes in the airfryer, spray them with some healthy fats and you’re good to go!

How i start my October…
Okay now back to real life. Yela i bukan retis or socialite nak mekap dan pergi social events hari hari. Being an introvert yes i do enjoy all that but it takes up my energy. So hari ni dah kembali kepada tudung sarung and no makeup. Hehehe
Buku ni dah lama ada kat rumah. Ntah siapa kasi tapi tak pernah baca. Sebab rasa macam tak perlu. Sebab dalam tak sedar mungkin pergantungan pada doktor dan ubat tu masih kuat.
But when things are ambiguous. Errr betul ke ubat ni dan doctor ni boleh tolong aku? Dah berapa kali test and makan ubat pun sama jer. Always a vicious cycle and back to square one.
Then baru lah istighfar sepanjang masa dan mula lah mencari buku ni. Thats what we call being human. Always terleka, terlena dan terlupa. But that’s okay as long as we rise again.

She had me at “I could spend hours in Watson or Guardian just reading the skincare product ingredients!”
Gulp! I never knew someone who has the same hobby and passion like me. This has nothing to do with me selling so called skincare these few years. I’ve always been interested in skincare boxes wayyy back then.
So much so that i’ve been hoarding the skincare boxes that i bought. When i was in my 20s i used Dermalogica. They have A LOT of products. So i even read their ingredients and get fascinated by them *ehem* in the toilet. Bahahaha
There you go. Normal people read magazines in the toilet. Skin enthusiasts read product ingredient list. So when i started advocating Dermalene, a school friend immediately reached out to me wanting to buy.
She said: “Che Moon… Aku tau kau cerewet bab ingredients ni. So apa benda yang kau jual aku memang percaya. Gerenti bagus!”
I’m glad that guy asked an offtopic question today so we got to hear this story by our beloved Dr Alina Hasni. Kesian dia nak termuntah dah tu kena cerita panjang panjang lagi. Hope your all day sickness will get better soon.

Alahan pada hidung juga dikenali sebagai allergic rhinitis. Sebab-sebab alahan tersebut adalah bahan-bahan yang terdapat dalam udara seperti debunga, habuk, kulapuk, makanan tertentu seperti udang, ketam dan sotong, hama dan bulu haiwan (kucing dan anjing).
Bahan alergi menggalakkan sel darah putih merembeskan histamin ke dalam aliran darah. Ini menyebabkan cecair dalam darah keluar ke dalam tisu di rongga hidung dan menyebabkannya tersumbat.

APAKAH TANDA-TANDA DAN SIMPTOMNYA?
Bersin,Gatal hidung, tekak, telinga dan mulut
Selesema /atau hidung tersumbat
Mata merah, berair, gatal dan sembab
Deria bau dan rasa yang kurang baik
Pengumpulan lendir dalam tekak, menyebabkan batuk
Simptom alahan biasanya menjadi lebih teruk pada waktu pagi dan semasa tiupan angin kencang di mana kandungan bahan pencetus alahan banyak terdapat dalam udara.
Individu yang mempunyai alahan hidung juga kerap mendapat penyakit alahan yang lain seperti asthma (lelah), eczema (radang kulit) atau gatal-gatal kulit.
PENJAGAAN KENDIRI
Jika mata anda gatal, merah dan tidak selesa, bilas mata anda dengan air sejuk yang bersih atau gunakan cecair saline.
Gunakan cecair saline untuk mencuci bahan yang mencetuskan alahan yang terperangkap di dalam hidung.
Rendam tuala kecil dalam air suam dan letakkannya pada muka bagi melegakan hidung yang sakit dan tersumbat.
Dapatkan tidur yang cukup – keletihan akan menyebabkan simptom menjadi semakin teruk.
Kekalkan amalan hidup sihat: lakukan senaman setiap hari, berhenti merokok, elakkan bahan pencemaran dan makanlah makanan seimbang.

#TIP-TIP YANG BERGUNA
Pastikan alat hawa dingin dan penapisnya sentiasa bersih.
Elakkan menanam pokok bunga hiasan yang boleh mencetuskan alahan di dalam rumah dan di halaman.
Pakailah cermin mata hitam pada hari yang berangin bagi melindungi mata daripada bahan pencetus alahan yang terdapat dalam udara seperti asap dan bahan kimia yang meruap.
Pakailah penutup hidung dan mulut apabila memotong rumput atau membersihkan rumah.
Bersihkan rumah dengan kerap. Penggunaan kain lembap dan pencuci hampagas adalah lebih baik berbanding penyapu.
Elakkan menyimpan barang yang boleh mengumpul habuk di dalam rumah seperti karpet, bunga kering dan alas perabot.
Elakkan haiwan seperti kucing dan anjing berada di dalam rumah.
Gunakan kelengkapan tidur yang kurang merangsang alahan seperti bantal yang diisi dengan kapas sintetik.
BILAKAH ANDA PERLU MENGHUBUNGI DOKTOR?
Dapatkan nasihat doktor jika anda mengalami sebarang simptom berikut. Ia mungkin menunjukkan terdapatnya jangkitan kuman.
Peningkatan suhu badan
Sakit telinga
Pembengkakan kelenjar pada leher
Terdapat rembesan cecair berwarna kuning daripada hidung atau mata

Goodbye yesteryear’s memories.
Letting go of previously loved stuffs ain’t that easy for me, but is crucial in order to create new memories.
Do you know that all the pages of old books stored in your house are storing memories, vibes? You might not think of anything when you are conscious. But subconsciously you are still in the same state of mind.
Well i cant get a new house or car yet, but i sure can get rid of stuffs from my past. Thank you soo much my dear followers for buying my preloved items.

Zaman alang alang menyeluk pekasam biar sampai ke pangkal lengan gitu. Tengok semua ni then i reflect on myself. Sekarang i BE apa?
The answer is: BE MYSELF.
Hehehehe. So this chill, laidback person is me.
Sometimes life throws you something that you feel you have no choice but to push yourself to the limit. But then if you’re not being true to yourself then your mind will always be in conflict with your heart.
For example, i had marital issues. I wasn’t handling it. My son was also struggling at his previous autism centre. I wasn’t handling it. I entertain myself in other ways so that i don’t have to think about them.
Business kept my mind occupied. I wasn’t really present in every single aspect of my life. All i can think about was numbers, figures, success. How that our lives could be so much better if we had more and more money. How I could build Adam nursing home where he could grow old.
But then i was too occupied and too focused until i loose sight of what people in my life (me) need NOW. Adam needs a place that doesn’t stress him out. But i was too busy to even think about other places to send him. My marriage needs to be worked on. Berapa tahun lagi i want to keep it on hold and buat semua benda sesuka hati i?
So Alhamdulillah when i decided to slow down for health reasons and also some issues with management, i had the time to really rearrange my thoughts and priorities. Which most people don’t understand. But it’s okay because we don’t live in this world to please people.
I don’t need to convince others yang cakap sayangnyaa you ada potensi, bila nak menyerlah lagi, bla bla bla. Lady if you know the real me, you’ll know i was a person that is happy enough to read a poetry book alone at Borders. Lol
I just got ahead of myself thinking i had to be a millionaire so Adam can be well taken care of when i’m dead. But he doesn’t need one stressed and cold hearted mother. He needs a mother that is loving, peaceful and fully present.
And for that i have to work on myself first.
Current BIG project: ME.
Things that i’m selling now is not my project. Those are just means to get some pocket money for groceries and self reward.
